We are a service-area business and we come to you, so there is no shop or office to visit. Our base is in Selly Oak (B29) and we work across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

What to send us for a quote by return

Most jobs can be priced without a visit if we can see the property. The quickest route is a WhatsApp message with a few photos. What we need depends on the job:

Outside work

Windows, gutters, paving, conservatory roofs. One photo of the front of the property from the pavement and one of the back from the garden. Tell us whether there is side access, and whether anything is rendered or pebbledashed, because that changes the method rather than the price.

Inside work

Deep cleans, carpets, end of tenancy. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether the oven is included, and photos of anything you are particularly worried about. For carpets, tell us the room count and the fibre if you know it.

End of tenancy

Send the inventory or the agent’s checklist if you have one. We would rather work to their list than to ours, because theirs is the one being checked.

Commercial

Floor area, how many days a week, and what time the building is free. Most commercial work is quoted after a look round rather than from photos.

If a photo will not tell the story, we will come and look. There is no charge for that and no obligation afterwards.

We quote before we start, not after. If we get to the property and the job turns out to be bigger than the photos suggested, we will say so and give you a revised price before we do anything, rather than adding it to the bill at the end.
