Privacy notice

Adefem Concepts Solutions Ltd (company number 16899886), 56 Woolacombe Lodge Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29 6PX, is responsible for the personal details you send us. Contact us about anything on this page at adefemconcepts@gmail.com or on 07788 574283.

What we collect

Only what you type into a quote form, or send us by phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, phone number, and if you give them, your email address, postcode, the service you want and your message, plus any photos you send.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, give you a price, arrange and carry out the work, and invoice for it. We do not use it for marketing lists and we never sell or share it for anyone else’s marketing. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a contract, then performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who else handles it

The website forms are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. Our email is provided by Google. The website is hosted by Vercel. Each processes the data only to provide that service. Map embeds on some pages are provided by Google and only load if the page shows them or you ask to see a map.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted once they are no longer needed to answer you. If we do work for you, we keep the details needed for our business and tax records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how we use them. Email or call us and we will deal with it within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
